Shipping Policy

Juice Brothers Co. Ltd offers a many shipping options to our customers; however, the shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your orders get placed or processed. We do our best to ship all in-stock orders that get placed prior to 2:00 PM CST the same day.

In some situations though it may take up to 3 days to process and ship your order. Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security.

Back-ordered items will ship as soon as they become in stock. 

We offer various Canada Post shipping options all over the world. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page. Available options within Canada are Canada Post Expedited and Canada Post XpressPost. A delivery estimate will be shown on the checkout page.

We process all in-stock orders 5 days a week (Monday to Friday 8 a.m, to 4 p.m.) 

Please note: if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day. 

We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout. 

Any foreseen order processing delays are visibly announced directly on the affected product's page. If we are experiencing a larger than normal order volume an announcement is made via a site-wide notice. 

Typically, In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will go out the same day.

We reserve the right to substitute smaller bottle sizes for larger bottles, in order to fulfill your order in a timely manner. Meaning if you order 120ml, we may send you 4 x 30ml instead. Or if you order a 60ml, we may send you 2 x 30ml instead. 

 

Order Changes or Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund, shipping fees are not refundable. 


E-liquid (or e-juice) can only be canceled if the order has not yet been created. Since we typically mix to order, We are unable to cancel / refund / credit for juice that is already created, even if it is still within our facilities. Proof of Age

Juice Brothers Co. Ltd uses Canada Post's Proof of Age (19+) option on every single package, no exceptions. 

Since we utilize this option for all shipments, your signature will be required upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package. 

Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund. 

Once we can verified your age (after a successful delivery) you will be able to be exempt from having to sign for all packages.

 

 

Refund Policy

Returns


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@juicebrothers.ca and send your item to: 125 deBaets Street Winnipeg Manitoba CA R2J3R9.


Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

SECTION 7 - COOKIES

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.
_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number with the subject "Your order has shipped!" is then sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

Canadian customers can track their packages using http://www.canadapost.ca 

U.S.A customers can track their packages using http://www.usps.com 

International customers can track their packages using the local post office service for their country if a tracking number is provided. Sometimes, International tracking is not available.

 

USA orders

We offer FREE expedited shipping on orders that contain e-juice valued at over $75 (USA only). You can upgrade these same orders to XpressPost shipping for a flat rate of $10.00.

 

We offer various Canada Post shipping options all over the world. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page. Available options within Canada are Canada Post Expedited and Canada Post XpressPost. A delivery estimate will be shown on the checkout page.

We offer flat-rate $20 shipping worldwide. Please note that international shipping methods vary by destination and are subject to change without notice.
